Speedy Parts is shipping Australia wide and all orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been completed. Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours. Delivery times are 2 to 5 days for Express shipping to east coast metropolitan areas.
How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?
We offer free Express postage via Australia Post.
Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, and deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours (9am – 5pm). Delivery time is subject to the availability of stock from our suppliers, and delivery time may be extended if they don’t have stock on hand.
But, don’t worry, if any part of your order can’t be shipped to you on time you’ll be notified, and the rest of your order will be shipped to you within the usual timeframe – so waiting for one item won’t impact the rest of your order from being shipped!
How do I track my order?
Once checkout is complete, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may receive a tracking number for each delivery.
Will all the parts in my order be shipped together?
Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries. We will provide a tracking number for each order.
Can I pick my order up from you?
Yes, if you would like to pick up your order from our Head office, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a pick up date and time so that we don’t arrange postage.
Can I send my order to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, not all parts can be shipped to a PO Box. We’ll be in touch if your order is unable to be delivered to your nominated shipping address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order, however, as all orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible about changes or cancellations.
